Payment Methods in Store

1. Card Payments
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Eurocard.

2. Cash Payments
Cash payments are only accepted at the Tappara Shop store. Cash is not accepted at the sales points at Nokia Arena.

3. Gift Cards
Tappara Shop gift cards can be used as a payment method both in the store and at the sales points during events at Nokia Arena. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase match tickets.

1. Online Bank Payments
Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, Savings Bank, Oma Savings Bank, POP Bank, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Bank.

2. Invoice and Instalment Payment Services
Walley, Jousto and Svea.

3. Card Payments
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Eurocard.

4. Mobile Payments
MobilePay and Siirto.

5. Gift Cards
Tappara Shop gift cards can be used as a payment method in the online store. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase match tickets.

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.

If you are unable to pay for your order using the available online payment methods, you can request an invoice by contacting us at verkkokauppa@tappara.fi.

Payment Service Provider

The payment processing service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

For payments made using Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard, Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on the card statement and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is authorised as a payment institution.
